The Virtual Tour of the Lighthouse of Cabo Carvoeiro was a project that Peniche360 proposed together to the Lighthouse of Cabo Carvoeiro and the Capitania do Porto de Peniche (Captaincy of the Port of Peniche) and which was accepted by the Direção de Faróis (Directorate of Lighthouses), Autoridade Marítima Nacional (National Maritime Authority).

          The proposal was presented during the month of May 2022, at the Captaincy of the Port of Peniche, later presented at the Directorate of Lighthouses, in Paço de Arcos and having been, to our surprise, approved and, in the words of Capitão-Tenente Reis Vieira (Lieutenant-Commander), accepted with great satisfaction, on November 24, 2022.

          We proceeded to schedule the recording of the interior of the Cabo Carvoeiro Lighthouse with the support of the Teacher Nuno Ribeiro who, through his excellent work, presented us at the end of June 2023 with the Virtual Visit of the Cabo Carvoeiro Lighthouse, giving the conclusion to this project between Peniche360, Professor Nuno Ribeiro, Captaincy of the Port of Peniche/Cabo Carvoeiro Lighthouse and Direção de Faróis (Autoridade Marítima Nacional – National Maritime Authority).
